What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges are accepted. For any products that are damaged, we do offer store credit. To request a return, please email customer care at info@bryxandloom.com with an explanation of the request along with picture proof. Garments must be unworn, in their original packaging, and not decorated/printed on. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date.

What is your pickup policy?

Pick-up orders can be picked up at our store during regular business hours from MON-FRI 10AM – 6PM OR SAT 10AM-5PM.  All orders are verified with a valid government ID and the card used for the order. We do not allow anyone other than the person purchasing the order to pick up orders. No Uber pick ups. 

When will I receive my order?

We process orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are subject to UPS processing times which normally take 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS ground and come with a tracking number.

Do you do custom prints?

We do offer custom DTF, DTG prints and embroidery.  Please email customer care at info@bryxandloom.com for more information.

Do you have minimums?

We do not have any minimums.

UPS Tracking says that my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.

My package was delivered back to you guys. What should I do?

If your order is returned to our facility by UPS due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for any extra shipping costs correlated with your order. Email customer care at info@bryxandloom.com for more assistance.
